Double Birthdays @ The Coast

Sorry for the lack in updates, been pretty busy lately with both work and training.

Anyway here is an overdue birthday update! Happy Birthday Mummy & Sis! All the best dearest! =)

It was mum’s & sis’s birthday last Sunday, both on the same day! What a great coincidence! We had a double celebration lunch at a newly discovered place at the Sri Hartamas Shopping Center, called The Coast.

The newly opened branch Food Menu...
Some decos on the wall...
We started off with some nachos chips and tomato salsa! Pretty good! I love nachos chips!
Some of the recommended food we had: 1st was the Chicken Tejas! Grilled Chicken Fajitas topped with sliced cheddar cheese served on pita bread and fries!
Chargrilled whole leg chicken, served with steamed vegetables, pineapple ring and fries.
Macho Chicken! Grilled chicken topped with bbq sauce, cheese and pico! Served with mashed potato & steam vegetables! Apparently the mashed potato was pretty good!
And I had the Mushroom Salsa fish for main course. Not to my liking, I prefer the fish @ Manhattan Fish Market!
And bro said the lamb was not tender enough. Maybe it was over-cooked!

Great pics as usual. Never heard of this one. Good to see an alternative to TGIFs & Chili's.

Btw, seeing you did 2 separate reviews for "Shogun", decided to try it this week. Nice! :D

Where exactly is this at Hartamas Shopping Centre? You know the first pix looks so much like Chillies in KLCC! and the names of some of the dishes look like a spoof of the signature ones in Chillies.

Macho Chicken rox! They actually have The Coast in Alamanda, Putrajaya as well but its cheaper than the one in Hartamas and they have Value meals ranging from RM6 - RM9 inclusive of drinks! Pretty cheap and kinda nice!
